Step 1:

We deploy in-depth diagnostics to understand leadership style, blind spots, effectiveness, and influence with organization.

We debrief with Coachee, create a Robust development plan and then review with the Sponsor for feedback.

Step 3:

We provide 1:1 Leadership Coaching with a Meritage Master Certified Coach to make progress towards Goals, uncovering the mindsets and behaviors that block performance

Step 4:

We use a data driven approach to monitor quarterly progress on goals through the PULSE™ feedback instrument.

Step 5:

We facilitate 3-way progress meetings with Sponsor, Coachee, and Meritage Coach to ensure alignment on coach goals and organizational need.
